The Senate Judiciary Committee announced that it will hold two hearings on
the Wen Ho Lee case next week.

On Tuesday, September 26, the full committee will hear the following
witnesses: FBI Director Louis Freeh; Assistant Attorney General James K.
Robinson of the Justice Department Criminal Division; and U.S. Atttorney
Norman Bay  (9:30 AM, 226 Dirksen Senate Office Building).

On Wednesday, September 27, Sen. Arlen Specter's Subcommittee on
Administrative Oversight will hold its own hearing on "Oversight on the Wen
Ho Lee Case" (9:30 AM, 226 Dirksen Senate Office Building).  A witness list
was not yet available this morning.
