In order to sign this petition, you need to hit the "reply" button
in the comments section (roll down the screen and after the text of the petition
you will see the word COMMENT, next to that is the "reply" button).  You can
type your comments in the pop up box that will appear shortly after
you press that "reply" button.

If you cannot find the SUMIT buttom  don't worry just enlarge the
pop up box all the way. After entering your name, email address and comment
in the pop up box then submit your petition.
