3. Call for a Presidential Pardon
The White House rarely received any phone calls about Wen Ho Lee's case.
File your protest and ask for a presidential pardon. 

Call (202) 456-1111 or (202) 456-1414 (If you hold on the line, a volunteer 
will actually pick up the line and speak to you, so be nice to them).
All you have to say is something like this:-
" I am a supporter of Wen Ho Lee. I am calling to urge President Bush to issue
 a Presidential Pardon to Dr.Wen Ho Lee. "
Operator will ask for your name, State and zip. No need to explain anything about 
the case. Chances are operator(s) do not  have the expertise or time to understand 
detail of  this case. Do not be get offended if he/she has never heard of Wen Ho Lee
and you may have to spell  his name several times to get it right. They are just 
volunteers helping with the phone. Be very polite and be sure to thank them.

    Make a Presidential Pardon for Wen Ho Lee postcard with the White house address
